STEP 1 – Download and Print Order Form

STEP 2 – Review Shooting Schedule

Arrive at your team’s designated time slot. If you have two or more players in the same household, bring all kids at your first team time slot.

STEP 3 – Arrive on Photo day at your Time Slot

INSTRUCTIONS

1 FORM PER PLAYER – May combine payments for two forms onto one single CHECK
Players arrive DRESSED in full gear (NO SKATES, NO HELMETS) – DO BRING STICK AND GLOVES
1 parent per household to make payment and deliver order form

COACHES: Please arrive dressed in practice gear (NO SKATES, NO HELMET)
Do wear: Uniform Jacket and Pants bring your Gloves and Stick

PARENTS: Must buy 1 package to order additional A LA CARTE add-on items.
Must pay on Photo Day,
No Orders after Photo Day

Masks and Social Distance: DO WEAR a mask at all times – Photographer will have players remove masks.
PLAYERS: DO BRING your RED colored Jersey and Socks (Wash and Dry for best photos!)
PARENTS: DO BRING a completed form with payment ready (Check or Credit Card) made out to SILVER PEAK

WHAT TO EXPECT? We hope to move quickly and safely. Please arrive within your teams designated time slot ONLY.
Return Check fee $25.00

 

PACKAGES AND PRICING

SilverPeak Studios offers the following packages for use as reference on your order form. Must purchase a package to buy add-ons (a la carte).
We offer unlimited buddy shots – (friends, siblings).

BUDDY PICS (Groups/Sibling)

For Buddy Shots (Group Photos) all players who wish to appear in the same photo may arrive at the time slot of any of the included players time slots. For example: A brother and sister who play on different teams, but wish to get a buddy-shot, may both appear together at either of the two team’s time slots; but ONLY during one of the two teams time slots. Please: No photos for any player except during their designated time slots.

ORDERING BUDDY PICS
USE ADD-ON Section to add Buddy Pictures or fill out a 2nd form. Indicate BP (BUDDY PIC)  in Add-On Section.

Note about Our Photos:

  • We produce Team Photos as composite panoramics, manually editing all photos from Green Screen to a beautiful Composite Panoramic Print.
  • Individual Photos photographed on green screen, and transformed into clean poster style print.
  • All prints are delivered to the team unframed
